Hello I am Sarah Jane, founder of Practically Positive in Every Way.

I know what it feels like to lose your way — to feel overwhelmed, unsure, and weighed down by the belief that you’re not good enough. I’ve been there, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others rediscover their power.

My mission is to equip you with practical tools to overcome imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, procrastination, and overwhelm. Together, we’ll build resilience, confidence, and a growth mindset rooted in self-belief.

Understanding Self-Belief


Self-belief is the unwavering confidence in your own abilities and potential. It’s the deep knowing that you have the power, the talent, and the resilience to achieve whatever you set your heart on. But too often, this self-belief is dimmed by the stories we tell ourselves — the limiting beliefs that whisper we’re not good enough, not capable enough, or not worthy enough. These inner narratives hold us back, keeping us from stepping fully into our true potential and living the life we’re meant for.

These are two beneficial practices that can help you discover where you shine and where you hold yourself back. Identify the obstacles that keep you stuck, and learn how to move beyond them with intention and purpose.

Learning from past experiences can be very valuable, as long as you do it with purpose and move forward, rather than using it as an excuse to stay in your comfort zone.

Goal Setting


In this interactive session, we will be looking at what success means to you, how to find your work life blend and setting SMART goals. You will leave with a plan, and the first steps in place to achieve them.

We will reframe and reset what you think, to be able to step forward knowing your worth and believing you can create the future you want for yourself.

Time for You

We will create a space for you to let go of any anxieties or worries and learn to switch off, guilt free!

Being to take time out from our busy lives, and make time for ourselves, makes a huge difference to our ability to face challenging situations and see things from a different perspective. So will will use this session to get some clarity on what you want for YOU..

List of Joy :

The power of doing things that bring you joy is often overlooked.

In this session we will look at why this is so important, how we track what makes us feel good and how to incorporate more of this into our lives.

We will look at what makes us doubt ourselves & then how we use the list of joy to counter balance these feelings. This will also include who we spend our time with and activities we do.
