These are common feelings that we all experience at some point or another. However, the key to overcoming these fears and doubts lies in our self-belief. It is the foundation upon which we build our dreams and aspirations, and it's what propels us towards our goals.
On this immersive day of learning, self reflection and discovery,
you will be shown how to harness the power within you and
find a catalyst for change to embrace & own your uniqueness.
Do you get overwhelmed? Do have lots of idea's but never do anything about them?
Do you feel like you you do not know where to start to make changes?
Guess what... WE ALL HAVE at one time or another…
I will teach you how to consciously retrain your subconscious brain to help make these feelings a thing of the past.

Review & Reflect
These are two beneficial practices that can help us see where we do well and where we easily get distracted. It can help us to identify obstacles that we can then use to find techniques to overcome them. Learning from past experiences can be very valuable, as long as you do it with purpose and move forward, rather than using it as an excuse to stay in your comfort zone.
Goal Setting
In this interactive session, we will be looking at what success means to you, how to find your work life blend and setting SMART goals. You will leave with a plan, and the first steps in place to achieve them. We will reframe and reset what you think, to be able to step forward knowing your worth and believing you can create the future you want for yourself.

Time for You
We will create a space for you to let go of any anxieties or worries and learn to switch off, guilt free!
Being to take time out from our busy lives, and make time for ourselves, makes a huge difference to our ability to face challenging situations and see things from a different perspective. So will will use this session to get some clarity on what you want for YOU..
List of Joy :
The power of doing things that bring you joy is often overlooked.
In this session we will look at why this is so important, how we track what makes us feel good and how to incorporate more of this into our lives.
We will look at what makes us doubt ourselves & then how we use the list of joy to counter balance these feelings. This will also include who we spend our time with and activities we do.
